Before placing your order with us, please read the underlying terms and conditions. Should you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions please feel free to contact us before you make your purchase.

Order

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

Our current inventory system on website is not automatic.  We do our best to update to put a ‘sold out’ sign on the website as soon as the inventory sold out.  However, it may happen that you order would come after the inventory has already sold out.  In the case we will contact you by e-mail about this matter and your order would be cancelled.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All personalised products are made to order according to the detail and colour information provided by you and after receipt of your payment.

NB: Products ordered take between 12 – 14 days to make.

If for any reason your order is delayed we will contact you to advise you of the delay and of the details surrounding that delay.

In such a case whereby a delay may occur, you may choose to continue with the item you have ordered or you have the option of a refund of your money or you may re-select another item.

Please enquire about International Shipping rates and about payment before placing an international order.

Please note:

Any items that you purchase should be kept in a dry condition at all times.  Rain will cause damage as will rough handling which may result in the occurrence of holes.

MYDAY MYSTYLE™ accepts no responsibility for any items damaged by rain or through poor handling.

Privacy Policy

MYDAY MYSTYLE™ takes privacy seriously and we ask you for only the necessary information we need to process your order. Your personal information is stored in a secure and responsible way, it is not available to unauthorised persons and we will not provide or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Colour

Colours visible on each individual computer monitor will vary by nature of the computer system used by different people and in different situations. As such, the colour which you will see on your screen is only an indication of the actual colour, not an exact match.

Refund

Personalised items are not returnable and the fees paid for such personalised items are not refundable.

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged for another item within 7 days of receipt of that item and only in advance of the wedding date stipulated on the order form received

Return items in the same condition as received and in the presentation box.  We cannot refund the original postage and packaging.  You will need to pay a second postage for when you wish to exchange the items.

Delivery

All orders within New Zealand will be sent by courier with tracked and require a signature on delivery.

We can only guarantee the condition of the items until they leave our premises.  We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Gift Voucher

Each gift voucher has a unique code and we can send it to you or post directly to a recipient on your behalf.

The supplied gift voucher code can online to pay for any product in our range.

Please note that gift vouchers must be use in full and no refunds can be given.
